In her musical span, Tammy has served several churches and pastors musical capacities, as well as administratively. She currently serves as Worship Leader at Signs & Wonders Ministries under Pastors David O. and Dr. Laura U. Taylor.

Music Ministry Consulting
As a music ministry consultant, I will provide assistance to new church music ministries and existing music ministries by establishing structure/organization, ideas and strategies to enhance their level of worship musically. I have approximately 25 years of music ministry leadership experience (Music Ministry resume available upon request).
I come from a musical family and a church rich in traditional, gospel music and hymns, however, my musical repertoire has expanded to include Contemporary Christian Music (the likes of Hillsong, Jesus Culture, etc.) and Praise and Worship. I have worked with children, youth and adult choirs and praise and worship teams. I have provided ministries with leadership by choosing and teaching music, leading the praise and worship portion of service on Wednesdays and Sundays, creating a music ministry manual tailored to their particular ministry requirements.
I will consult with the Lead Pastor or Worship Pastor to assess the needs of the music ministry and come up with a 3 to12 month plan to get the music ministry operating at an acceptable level of excellence. The goal is to have your music ministry structured and organized, which will enhance the worship service as well as those serving in the music ministry. I will be on-site for a minimum of 3 months to provide hands-on leadership and guidance for the music ministry by attending rehearsals and church services. During those 3 months, someone should be identified by the Pastor or Consultant who can be trained to step into the leadership role. If necessary, I will provide additional leadership and guidance (coaching) to the newly identified leader for 3 - 6 months, or however long it will take to make sure he or she is trained well enough to lead the music ministry.
